Iddrisu Alimatu Sadia – Board Chairperson
Mr. Shayawu Fuseini started his professional career as a field officer at the Ghana Statistical Service from 2007 to 2013 in the Northern Region. During the same time, he was the Project Coordinator for Dawah Academy also in the Northern Region, from 2009 to 2012.
From 2014 to 2017, Mr. Shayawu Fuseini was field supervisor for World Vision International at the Gushegu District, as well as a research coordinator on a GES, UNICEF and UNGEI joint funded project, between 2014 and 2015.
Mr. Shayawu Fesini is the Programmes Manager for FoRD-Ghana, a position he has held since 2012 till date. He pursued his Msc. In Organizational Development at the College for Community and Organizational Development in Sunyani in 2024. Prior to this, he has embarked on other educational journeys, earning his several certificates including Diploma in Education from the Winneba College of Education in 2016, BSc in Economics and Statistics at the Garden City University College in 2015, and HND in Statistics at the Tamale Polytechnic in 2007.
In 2010, Mr. Shayawu Fuseini received an award as the Northern Region’s best fish hatchery in the 26th National Farmers Day celebration.

Issahaku Jamila – Board Member
Madam Issahaku Jamila is dedicated individual, with interest in growing young women in the areas of vocational and technical training. With over 15 years of experience working in the public sector as a typist and secretary in various organizations and educational institutions, madam Issahaku Jamila is devoted to work and is willing to contribute to the growth of the workplace.
She obtained her NACVET certificate in 2008, at Amison Secretarial School, after which she went ahead to obtain an NVTI certificate at the same institution in 2010.
Madam Issahaku Jamila is currently works as a secretary at the National Islamic Education Unit in Tamale. Prior to that, she worked at the GBI special school at Hohoe in the Volta Region, the Municipal Education office, Hohoe in the Volta Region and the Regional Islamic Education Unit in Tamale, Northern Region.
Born on 9th March 1990, Madam Issahaku Jamila speaks Dagbani, Hausa, English and Ewe and has personal development skills such as good communication skills, working under little or no supervision, as well as the ability to meet deadlines.

Dokurugu Tia Iddrisu – Board Member

With a cumulative 22 years of experience working in different areas and 18 years of those years in managerial positions, Mr. Dokurugu Tia Iddrisu is the Acting Coordinating Director for the Karaga District Assembly of the Northern Region of Ghana.
Before attaining the position of the acting Coordinating Director, Mr. Dokurugu Tia Iddrisu was a pupil teacher at the Tishegu Anglican School in Tamale, from 1995 to 2000, acting Zonal Manager for the Cooperative Credit Union of Ghana, from 2001 to 2005 and Head of Department at the Local Government Service from 2008, which position he still holds. Mr. Dokurugu Tia Iddrisu offered his National service at the Registrar Generals Department from 2006 to 2007.
Other portfolios held by Mr. Dokurugu Tia Iddrisu which contribute to his experience accumulation, include Social Welfare Officer in the Chereponi District of the North East Region, Social Welfare Officer, Gushegu District of the Northern Region and Social Welfare Officer, Tamale, Northern Region.
Mr. Dokurugu Tia Iddrisu has an MBA in Human Resources Management at the Valley View University, in 2020. Mr. Mohammed Hafiz Alhassan is a certified Organizational Development Professional, with a cumulative six-year practical experience with different organizations, including in consulting capacities.
He has worked in various Organizational Development capacities, including co-facilitating and convening the 5th International OD Conference at the UDS Tamale campus in 2019.
Mr. Mohammed Hafiz Alhassan was a consultant to Powerlink Travel and Tours on organizational Capacity Assessment and Strategic Planning Intervention, from August to December, 2021.
Between 2014 and 2018, he served in different areas including in his national service, as E-Business Marketer and Customer Service Representative for Zenith Bank, Akosombo branch from 2014 to 2015, full-time work as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at the Youth Employment Agency for Upper West Region (2016 to 2018), part-time Facilitator and Lecturer at the College for Community and Organization Development, Sunyani (2018 to present) and Flagship Programs Manager at the Youth Employment Agency for Upper West Region, from 2018 to present.
Prior to his professional work, Mr. Mohammed Hafiz Alhassan obtained his BSc. in Business Studies at the University for Development Studies from 2010 to 2014.

- Senior Research Scientist with over twenty (20) years experience in Agricultural Research as Soil Chemistry and Fertility Improvement expert.
- Has worked with the CSIR-SARI, Tamale, from 2001 to 2021.
- He was the head of the Soil chemistry Section at the CSIR-SARI (2008 – 2010, & 2014 – 2021) and the team leader for the Northern Region Farming Systems Research Group (2019 – 2021).
- Member of the internal management committee of CSIR-SARI from 2019 to 2021.
- Ph.D in Soil Science from the Unversity of Reading (UK) in 2014.
- MPhil. (Soil Science), 2008, and B.Sc. (Chemistry), 1999, both from the University of Ghana.
Research Interest/Output
Dr. Askia Musah Mohammed has conducted researches focused on the development of agricultural systems to enhance sustainable soil productivity and resilience to climate change.
Mainly, the areas of the research include integrated soil fertility management, plant nutrition, plant and soil analyses procedures and participatory research approaches.
Specifically, Dr. Askia Musah Mohammed conducts research into plant litter decomposition and nutrient dynamics in soils, integrated soil fertility management, nutrient data interpretation and fertilizer recommendations based on the 4R fertilizer framework.
Dr. Askia Musah Mohammed has over 20 peer reviewed publications including a book chapter.
